Daily Duties at Psi:
This position was an extreme multi-tasking position and very diversified in many areas of the Fire, Burglar Alarm, CCTV and Access Control business. Responsibilities vary from dispatching, billings of installations and service. Customer service and coordination after job was sold to coordinating the installation, scheduling, ordering parts and subcontractors. Job costing, estimating, payroll (kronos system), permitting and scheduling inspections and customer issues are included in my daily responsibilities.
