Daily Duties at Loan Care Servicing Center:
Responsible for the prompt payment of property taxes on approximately 40,000+ mortgage loans, issuing checks for tax payment on a daily basis, balancing mass tax billings through our taxing service. Researching tax delinquencies and misapplied tax payments. Dealing with tax collection offices all over the US in resolving tax disputes. Daily deposits, posting tax refund checks and issuing refund checks to customers. Support staff for customer service department. (i.e. general information calls, escrow analysis explanation.)
