Daily Duties at Citi Street:

Understand client business requirements and systems functionality. Assist and facilitate the implementation of new clients. Assist as needed in the training/development of team members and team processes. Prioritize and manage workload in order to achieve performance standards and timeframe deadlines. Dealt specifically with the collections process for seven clients including: Lucent Technologies, Viacom, Sears and Time Warner. Recovering an average of $500,000 monthly issued in error to deceased participants. Process requests for re-issuance of checks, returns of monies to trust, overpayments, ACH deletions and ACH rejections. Process ledger adjustments and provide payment maintenance database update.
