Daily Duties at Bank First:

My responsibilities are to listen to my customer’s needs and financial situation to best pick the product that is suitable for them. I open all types of accounts from regular checking, savings and time deposits to IRA accounts. I also do international and domestic wires and deal with any customer disputes with their debit cards or any bank error that may occur. I am responsible for doing the monthly closed and new accounts report along with reporting overdrawn accounts to chexsystems. I take care of the scheduling of all employees in my branch.
