Daily Duties at Star Tek, Inc.:

Duties include, but are not limited to; Assist with training and implementation of seven-week training program for our client, T-Mobile; Train, mentor and supervise up to 25 people; Liaison between the departments of Training and Human Resources; Communicate with customers and students in order to respond to billing questions; resolve service concerns; provide rate and programming information; initiate upgrade of current service; or sell new services on the phone multiple times daily; Explain customer billing in detail to give customers a clear understanding of charges; Research status of service calls in order to resolve customer complaints; Research misapplied payments, mail requests, billing and service adjustments; Assist customers and students with minor technical difficulties and equipment problems over the telephone in order to reduce service calls and improve customer satisfaction; Meet or exceed departmental telephone response standards to maintain NCTA and FCC requirements; Perform other duties as assigned
