Daily Duties at Morries Properties:

Provide administrative support for the sales and business department that may include registration, mailings, labeling, photocopying and customer service follow-up. Screened telephone calls, visitors and incoming correspondence; personally responded to requests for information, determined which requests should be handled by department and followed up on issues as necessary. Coordinated event and party planning, coordination of office move, scheduling of equipment or meetings. Processed and monitored confidential paperwork and records (purchase orders, personnel action forms, and expense reports) Coordinated travel arrangements, set up meetings and coordinated calendars of attendees. Handled recruiting for all departments Back ground screening for new employees Conducted interviews; group and individual Handled all new hire employee paperwork When necessary handled and conducted lay offs meetings and processes
