Daily Duties at Hearing Solutions Audiology Ctr.:

Reported directly to the CEO of the practice. Provided administrative support to ensure the most efficient and customer-oriented flow for patients visiting the office. Scheduled, greeted, processed patients upon arrival. Handled patient payments and patient account inquiries, managed functions necessary to address the fiscal needs of the business, to include general accounting and some payroll activities, assisted with practice development and marketing strategies. Prior to departure, developed and produced a customized Handbook of Policies and Procedures for this practice.
