Daily Duties at Delci Electric:

Responsible for running and setting up administrative procedures, light accounting in excel entered journal entries, reconciliation of company bank statements, sales receipts, gas receipts etc all entered into quick books which would be sent off to accountant for monthly, quarterly and yearly tax purposes. Also entered into quick books employee time and hourly pay verified with owner for accuracy before forwarding to Payroll Company for checks to be delivered. Receptionist/Scheduling/ and appointment set up. Marketing- Coordinated to get a Company Website, found online advertising set up payment plans, look for job leads, fax introduction letters to general contractors, and real estate people for work, request plans for commercial jobs, maintain customer relations, type up owner’s proposals. Pick-Up plans, Assist on additional tasks as requested.
