Responsible for submitting, collecting and reconciliation of monthly rebate claims totaling close to three hundred thousand dollars a month. Worked closely with sales people to set up contracts and frequently conducted follow-ups with vendors on contract pricing disputes. I was part of a new project Virtual Warehouse. Edson Electric would store materials for their customers for a small fee and deliver materials to job site when needed. Daily contact with Vendors on shipping status, missing material, and accurate invoicing became a norm. Worked closely with clients and vendors to get material shipped to job site on time. Also, provided customer care when shipment was incomplete. Assist in different projects and helped co-workers get caught up on billing and invoicing.
