Daily Duties at X Mi Association Management:
Responsibilities included directly assisting the President, Operations Manager, Executive Director and Director of Meetings by providing administrative and general office support for 7 clients with a revenue base of over $1.25 million. ♦ Served as primary point of contact and provided customer service for approximately 2500 association members ♦ Maintained accurate membership database including detailed documentation of contact information, payments and credentialing information ♦ Setup online registration processes and accepted registration forms and fees by mail, fax and telephone resulting in convenient options for attendees ♦ Prepared customized attendee registration packets ensuring appropriate information and tickets are included for selected events resulting in pleasant and efficient check-in process ♦ Assisted Director of Meetings with onsite registrations and conference management at state and national events ♦ Processed all client income in preparation for submission to accounting department for reconciliation ♦ Trained new personnel on membership database maintenance, event registration procedures and accurate documentation and processing of membership and event fees
