Daily Duties at All Medical Personnel:
Responsible for all administrative support, pay roll and scheduling of over 350 field consultants. Hiring, training new staff ensuring adherence to all laws, rules and regulations regarding employment, affirmative action and safety procedures. Managed office resources for all employees. Developing and implementing OSHA and HIPPA trainings for compliance department and corporate office as requested. Oversee the financial aspect of the business such as billings, shipping and receiving, employment marketing and company equipment and supplies purchase utilizing cost effective sources via Internet or catalog. Maintaining an appropriate and professional office environment.
