Daily Duties at Beattie Family Orthodontics:
I answered the phones (5 incoming lines), scheduled patients and the Dr.'s appointments throughout the day, received patient payments and posted payments to patient accounts, created the schedule for the office for the entire year, ran miscellaneous reports through our office's computer system daily, calculated and checked the deposit at the end of each day, paid all incoming invoices, balanced and maintained the office checkbook and other miscellaneous office duties.
