Daily Duties at Vy Star Credit Union:

•Resolve customer complaints, and answer customers' questions regarding policies and procedures. •Observes and evaluate workers' performance. •Communicates with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work. •Interprets and communicate work procedures and company policies to staff. •Help workers in resolving problems and completing work. •Supervise the work of office, administrative, or customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems. •Train and instruct employees in job duties and company policies, or arrange for training to be provided. •Recruit, interview, and select employees. •Manage and maintain executives' schedules. •Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. •Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. •Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.s such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
