Daily Duties at Halcyon Cafe:
• Organized weekly schedule and payroll of 20 employees • Maintained weekly banking deposits and change orders • Maintained weekly inventory of stock and items for sale • Acted as liaison between owners and staff • Work five shifts per week as barista, leading shifts of five employees, prepare orders for customers, maintaining café atmosphere and customer service, balance cash in the safe throughout shift.
