 Responsible for the development, implementation, and day-to-day operations of my very own performing arts camp.  Coordinating and implementing a marketing and advertising campaign to exceed projected enrollment  Researched and evaluated camp locations and securing a lease  Ensured services provided for in lease were received  Coordinated county, state and insurance inspections  Resolved all outstanding issues that could affect the safety and security of campers and employees  Ensuring camp’s operations complies with county and state regulations;  Advertised, interviewed, and hired staff  Trained counselors and assistant directors in all aspects camp policies and procedures  Lead, motivated, supervised, and closely controlled staff  Processed all account receivables and account payables  Created and administered course curriculum;  Planned camp events and activities  Planned and provided camper meals  Disassembling and closing the camp
