Daily Duties at Ideal Child Care Center:
Provide support to the President and Vice President Process payroll including, adjusts timecards, employee data and processes payroll checks Process and maintain all accounts payable and receivables accounts Process and manage all voucher accounts and invoices ensuring proper reimbursement, all while remaining in constant communication between all agencies Initiate and complete the New Hire process for all new employees Activate and Deactivate all accounts, id codes and passwords prior to employee and student withdraw and terminations. Generate and disseminate all relevant correspondences, memos, and office forms Established an effective filing systems and ensures information remains confidential, organized and easily retrievable Maintain all records and files Complete updates for all office procedures and handbooks Creates and distributes program informational materials Analyzes department needs and forecasts expenditures including budgets and staffing needs Establish and operate USDA Food Program ensuring compliance and proper reimbursements Prepare weekly financial reports to the Chief Financial Officer Maintain and update website Create, update and maintain newsletter
