Daily Duties at Mortgage Choice, Inc.:
• Process an estimated 30 – 50 mortgage loans a month with a gross value of $800,000.00 annual revenue. • While utilizing my Mortgage Brokers License to produce an additional monthly average of 3 individual accounts providing an additional $50,000.00 in annual revenue. • Doubled the Lender pool from 6 Lenders to 14, in order to provide a broader basis to which the Company may service their clientele’s individual needs. • I managed all administrative, inventory and human resources for the President and her husband, who also worked out of our office and owned his own Export Business. • Including but not limited to the accounting books; collect and distribute all funds to and from Vendors.
