Daily Duties at Gables Property Management:
• Assisted in the managing of 141 Condo-units and 13 Estate-Homes on Fisher Island, FL. with a total estimated property value of over $400 million. • The main focus of my position maintained at all times to provide the Island Residents with superb Customer Service. • It was my responsibility to insure the Residents and their Visitors needs were anticipated and prioritized. • The property included a staff of 17 employees of which I was responsible for communicating, preparing and submitting to Human Resources their weekly payroll. • Coordinated all vendors, inspectors, and County employees for all projects; including a project to bring five buildings up to new fire codes. • Maintained accounts payable and accounts receivable – all accounting records. • Prepared Board and other monthly reports including meeting minutes; also assisted in preparing and managing Association budget (exceeding $2 million, per Association) and deferred maintenance schedule.
