Daily Duties at Mei Distributors:

• Organize all year end financials, payroll liabilities, customers and vendors accounts receivables, as well as payables. • Reconcile five bank accounts from a back log of three months, up to date and maintained current. • Assist with the Purchase Orders to overseas clients in the Caribbean, South and Central America. • Work with Collection Attorney's to salvage over 140 days past due invoices. • Organize QuickBooks to have all vendors, customers, loans and credit cards organized, balanced and up to date. • Worked directly with an Accountant to finish the Taxes and close the books for 2007. • Answer and filter all incoming calls. • Provide customer service not only to each customer, vendor or bank calling but to all walk-ins.
