Daily Duties at Belcan Tech Services:
Responsible for entering all employee information into payroll software and invoicing program Maintain all proper documentation regarding human resource government forms Accurately document hours for each job: includes data entry, perform checks to ensure accuracy, correcting any discrepancy, submitting deduction requests, and inputting hours into accounting software for processing Maintain accuracy of invoicing to ensure that invoice matches actual approved labor hours
