Answers phone inquires received on incoming ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) phone system for Aurora Medical Group and Aurora Health Center patient accounts regarding patient billing. Responds to written inquiries from patients, attorney offices, physician offices, insurance companies, HMOs and government agencies. Makes changes to patient demographics and insurance information. Provides problem resolution with effective customer relations.
