Assistant Conference Co-Ordinator § Supporting a team of 6 conference co-ordinators managing a high volume of conferences by: § Collating all conference responses § Maintaining and updating information on the event management database § Updating invitation lists and producing attendance reports § Producing and mail merging conference invitations § Assisting team members with preparation of events § On-site attending and assisting on conferences, liasing with conference attendees
