Logged all items in trans-box, set up and processed all new loans, distributed conditions form e-mail and e-fax, prepared and mailed disclosures. Assigned and distributed docs back to funding department. Verified Broker licensing, and status Brokers regarding approvals and remaining conditions. Processed cancelled and denied loans, maintained Account Executive pipeline reports, assisted Underwriters and Broker Coordinators. Pulled and reviewed conditions, updated and maintained current files. Typed documents using word processing software (Word, Excel, & Outlook,) other programs used Prolenders, Point Doc Magic Mers, Real quest, Hmda Du and Clout.
