Verified and examined information and accuracy of loan applications and closing documents. Filed and maintained loan records. Answered questions and advised customers regarding loans and transactions. Set up and processed all new loans, ordered reports, reviewed and processed conditions from e-mail and e-fax, status Broker on approvals, denials and cancellations, status Brokers and Account Executives on remaining PTD and PTF conditions. Maintained Account Executive pipeline reports, updated and maintained current files. Ordered appraisal reviews, ordered flood and ensured that files got to docs and funding in timely manner. Typed documents using word processing software (Word, Excel, & Outlook,) other programs used Prolenders, Point Doc Magic Mers, Real quest, Hmda Du and Clout. Maintained records in files, data entry, operated office machines, answered and relayed telephone calls.
