• Administered training for SAP, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), Customer Service techniques, and the Call Center system • Established, maintained, and audited employee files for 4 call center companies • Assisted with the development and implementation of the new training department • Enhanced Customer Service department by creating tracking features for associates and management • Liaison between call center employees and management • Supported 7 members of the Customer Service and Benefits team • Maintained Customer Service and benefits databases while producing reports when requested
