· Coordinate with sales department/customers to schedule installations. · Create file for customer, work order, budget, and assign project number for installation. In addition, create call number and dispatch technician to house on day of installation. · Organize all paperwork for file, prepare rebates, create invoice, and prepare extended warranties. · Complete settlement paperwork for finance company. · Handle customer concerns. · Run booking reports monthly for president of company. · Task equipment model and serial numbers. · Run end-of-month project report to finalize any lingering projects. · Sell contracts for maintenance · Entered payroll, answered multi-line phone system, data entry, entered daily cash receipts, accounts payable, applied for construction permits, filed, faxed, copied, sent out monthly mailers, ordered supplies.
