Assisted in the development of company Affirmative Action Plan and the publication of the Employee Handbook. Identified staff vacancies and recruited, interviewed and selected ideal applicants, with an average position fill time of 10 days ............................................................................................ *Managed Unemployment claims from start to finish. Served as the company representative for all unemployment procedures, nationwide. Developed the internal reporting and tracking system for unemployment. ...................................................................................................... *Served as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems.
