Daily Duties at Exxon Mobil Fuels Markeing:

Held full P&L responsibility. Responsible for all day-to-day operations, including employee scheduling, inventory purchasing, product availability and, and sales activity including execution of all store plano-grams and monthly promotions. Interface with customers on daily basis, providing quality customer service, resolving disputes and ensuring fulfillment of customer needs. Build relationships with third-party inventory suppliers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and inventory logs and environmental records; track employee sales trends and track sales against inventory and cash on-hand. Process AP / AR invoices, coordinating accurate and timely payment and collection. Create presentations detailing sales goals and expense data for monthly sales meetings. Conducted recruitment and training for all managers and front-line employees.
