Daily Duties at Fed Ex Ground:

• Conducted roughly 75 to 100 interviews per week for potential new hires. • Reviewed and processed up to 50 online resumes per day. • Ran background verifications on selected applicants and completed call backs and reference checks. • Individually hosted new hire orientations consisting of twenty to thirty employees. • Conducted on-site facility tours while explaining the different job qualifications and entertaining questions about the company. • Attended numerous job fairs and local events to promote and recruit for available positions
