Daily Duties at Us Air Force:
Maintain inventory of office supplies, forms, equipment, materials, records and reports. Setup equipment for employee use, performing and ensuring proper installation of operating systems and appropriate software. Conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems and to provide technical assistance and support. Train users in the proper use of hardware and software. Recommend solutions of administrative problems. Delegate appropriate administrative support activities. Supervise and train other clerical staff. Wright and maintain administrative services procedures manual. Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
