Daily Duties at Multimax:
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and general financial analysis. Process and maintain a file of account invoices for government, subcontractors, facility vendors and utilities. Prepare purchase orders and expense reports. Post stop-payment notices to prevent payment of protested checks. Compile cost factor reports, such as labor, travel, production, storage, equipment and materials. Reconcile discrepancies in records and accounts. Check figures postings and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. Develop employee database and records management system making use of current computer technology. Conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives, exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination. Plan and develop curricula and materials for training programs and conduct training. Administer awards, compensation benefits; safety and recreation programs. Analyze statistical data and reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers and absenteeism ratio to identify and determine causes of personnel problems. Review operating practices and procedures in order to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, employment policies, office administration and reporting procedures; applying judgment and statistical tests. Represent the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling HR related questions. Interpret administrative and operating policies and procedures for employees.
