Daily Duties at Confidential:
• Manage all recruiting, screening and interviewing of applicants. • Handle benefit information from vacation/holiday pay to insurance renewals and cancellations. • Maintain human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time. • Conduct new hire orientation, provide orientation information packets, review company policies, gather withholding and other payroll information. • Work with legal counsel to create/renew employee contracts, discuss internal situations and handle F1 and H-1B Visa matters.
