Daily Duties at Entertainment Apparel:

Assist office manager and owner in day to day running of business. Clerical duties included processing work orders, purchase orders, invoices, and bills through use of Word, Excel, and Quickbooks. Duties also included filing, faxing, copying, email and written correspondence, greeting customers, handling customer service issues, and answering phones. In addition, there were responsibilities including ordering blanks, supports graphic designer with suggestions, making sure that the screenprinter was on track, and internet research.
