Handle communication between buyers and vendors for all Margaritaville stores throughout the United States, Mexico, and Jamaica to ensure proper flow of creating and supplying product for store shelves on a timely basis. Clerical duties included processing sales orders, purchase orders, and receivers through use of Word, Excel, and a purchase order program called ASAP. Duties also included filing, faxing, copying, email and written correspondence, greeting customers, handling customer service issues, internet research and answering phones. In addition, there were responsibilities including product development support and import logistics.
