Daily Duties at Ims:
Marketing company that offered an opportunity for the people to own their own business by completing a full training programmed provided by the company. Primary responsibility was to answer the overflow of calls. Performed phone and personal interview, with potential new contractors, ordered new product and filled out weekly settle up sheets for the office production the week before. Managed a Texas database of district attorney’s offices for proper procedures in filing “insufficient funds”: and “Account Closed” checks. Sent out certified letters and followed up with the District Attorney’s on previous filings, current collection and prosecutions. Handled very confidential documents for contractor’s records as well as prepared all 1099’s. Taught and trained the administrative aspects of the office to potential office owners. Traveled locally in Texas and surrounding states to visit new customers as well as set up new accounts. While out of town responsibilities included keeping up with other crew members, the merchandise and the revenue generated from daily sales.
