Daily Duties at Nrg:

Worked closely with upper level management team to redesign a Russian electro stimulation medical device. Responsibilities included but were not limited to: Controlled all Quality Manual/Quality Policy documents, updated as necessary. All updates and revisions are documented with an Engineering Change Note (ECN) number and are filed according to their processes and FDA Government standards. General office related work such as; answering and directing all incoming calls, scheduled meetings and coordinated availability of conference rooms, scheduled travel arrangements including airline, hotel, and transportation. Reconciled credit card statements and prepared all expense reports for employees and contractors. Designed inventory spreadsheet that managed all facility inventory for the office and kitchen
