Daily Duties at Quantum Staffing, Inc.:
1) Consult with active client companies daily; assessing their Clerical/ Administrative and Industrial staff needs. 2) Identify, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates for job placements at local companies. 3) Generate and maintain an active candidate pool through cold calling, recruiting, interviewing, and advertising. 4) Oversee the weekly progress of 200+ temporary employees currently working with client companies. 5) Complete Unemployment, Child Support Claims, and Workers Comp Claims.
