Daily Duties at Onsite Design, Inc.:
1) Verify standard contract amounts. 2) Determine quantity of material needed per house plan and place orders to deliver to company warehouse based upon installation schedule. 3) Update material price changes received from vendors and create accurate purchase orders reflecting current material pricing. 4) Create work orders and labor sheets for installers. 5) Schedule installers for counter & flooring installation per each house's COE date. 6) Communicate daily with vendors, superintendents, field representatives, installers and builders. 7) Cross-check installer billing and generate daily completion reports to be submitted to accounting department.
