Daily Duties at Global Expeditions:
ï Planned lodging, transportation and food for Leadership Seminars located in major cities throughout the U.S. ï Traveled to each city to execute the event and oversee the budget. ï Organized meals, lodging and transportation process flows for 350 people in three different cities during our holiday trips. ï In February, orchestrated a large four day conference for 250 leaders, including gourmet meals, transportation to and from the airport, and lodging for our leaders. ï Oversaw the transportation process for 3500 people throughout our summer missions including scheduling all busses, managing airport process and on campus loading and unloading process. ï Was also responsible for all domestic logistics and staffing for food, housing, security and hospitality during summer missions. ï Managed 3 staff members and 22 interns and several hundred volunteers during our busiest season. ï Was a member of the International Operations team and was responsible for all logistics concerning budget, food, housing, transportation, approved ministry sites and ministry schedules for 7 mission trips.
