Daily Duties at Lakeview Va, Nuerocare:
Provide direct care, supervision, and coordination of client’s care through encouragement and leadership with primary responsibility for ensuring implementation of the safety, care and therapeutic programs for each client in the unit. Provide a therapeutic environment in which clients can learn and perfect skills, in activities which provide structure and safety. Assume responsibility for the success of all programs in the unit for the shift. Maintain the therapeutic programs in my absence by clearly designating responsibilities prior to absence. Provide continuing current data and information on client programs. Maintain certification in CPR, first aid, medical technician license and Professional Crisis Management.
