Daily Duties at Rebars & Mesh, Inc.:
Supporting engineering and production departments ensuring the bid deadlines and delivery requirements are met. Act as a liaison between customer engineering and production departments. Maintaining bid spreadsheet and project schedules. Downloading/Converting files for printing and distribution. Maintaining Project Files. Processing production reports. Approve vendor and outside contractor invoices. Log in and organize daily shipping tickets/billing paperwork. Trained and supervised temporary office staff. Order and maintain office supplies.
