Daily Duties at In Touch Customer Retention:
• Supervised up to 250+employees • Hold weekly team meeting regarding team production, company production • Enforce company policies and procedures • Address discipline action and areas of opportunity • Assist other manager or Directors with special projects • Developed an attendance tracking system, using excel spreadsheet • Track and approve/disapprove of employee vacation requests • Hiring, training and termination of employees • Received six promotions within 3 year frame: Contact Manager, Receptionist, Agent Services, Marketing Lead, Information Services Technician and Team Facilitator
