- Work with National Sales Manager as liaison to buy advertising air time between Media Buyer and TV station - Insert new orders into media buying program - Set up “Make-Good” schedules when ordered advertising spots do not air o Cooperate with station personnel and Media Buyer to coordinate air time availability and acceptable “Make-Good” offers that abide by specific account standards o Insert revisions into the media buying program to send to station - Create training manual for future Sales Assistant hires - Various office tasks assigned by Sales Manager o Faxing, filing, e-mail, typing, mailing o Gathering pre and post logs for Buyers o Gathering market competitive percentages
