Daily Duties at Watson Realty Corp Relocation Division:
Responsible for all data entry pertaining to new properties, pending properties, and closing properties. Scheduling showing appointments for multiple agents, and obtaining feedback for properties that had been shown. Writing and submitting all newspaper ads for the department weekly. Writing and submitting all television ads for The Real Estate Show weekly. Ordering virtual tours and posting to various websites. Originating advertisements such as flyers, brochure books, virtual tour CD’s and information packages for various properties. Everyday maintenance to all properties including price reductions, listing extensions, incentives, showing instructions and any other requested change. Correspondence with inside and outside sales agents.
