Daily Duties at Drs Tamsco:
Provided support for 1500 customer by telephone, remote administration or onsite visit. Provided system administration for Army Command and control applications, Monitored all DOD networks (SIPR, NIPR, CENTRIXS, DRSN and DSN) and software including all Command and control systems. Responsible for administering User and groups, creating exchange accounts within a 2003 server Active Directory structure. Provided troubleshooting procedures for all user accounts, network printers, public folders, and network connectivity with remote sites from the client workstation.
