Daily Duties at Red Robin:

 Take money checkouts  Calculate and put together the bank deposit  Calculate, enter, and distribute tip share money  Keep track of and enter sales and labor  Keep track of and enter food run time averages  Participate in food and liquor inventory bi-weekly  Conduct production and set up food preparation for the day  Oversee food preparation  Check the food line daily for quality and safety purposes  Responsible for discounts, voids, coupons, and comps  Deal with and seek to resolve customer complaints and disputes  Deal with and seek to resolve team member issues and complaints  Supervise and actively participate the shift flow of the restaurant  Open and close the restaurant
