Daily Duties at Eagle Crest Apartments:
•Operational oversight of the community, correspondence, staff supervision, contractor oversight and resident relations •Responsible for all aspects of leasing an apartment as defined by Eagle Crest policies and procedures •Analyze, reconcile, and as necessary adjust assigned general ledger accounts on monthly basis •Managed cash flow and deposits on monthly basis ensuring balanced ledger •Research discrepancies and initiate corrections to provide assistance to residents
