Daily Duties at Employbridge/Staffing Division:

DOUBLED branch production within 5 months of advancement into branch manager role. Increased year 2002 branch sales by more than $260K in final quarter and broadened total profit margin by raising minimum bill rate for all services. Recognized as the number ONE StaffingSolutions Branch within the North Texas Area due to consistent achievement in total sales, gross profit, loss prevention and collections. First North Texas Branch to roll out logistics specialty program that combined industry specific recruiting, specialized testing and OSHA compliant training to field employees, clients’ management staff and their direct employees. Daily responsibilities included overall branch management, staff management and mentoring, budget planning, outside and inside sales, client contact and issue resolution, field employee monitoring, weekly payroll for over 200 temporary and field employees, purchasing, proposal development and presentation, contract negotiation, safety management, worker's compensation claim processing, unemployment claim processing, participation in community events or volunteer opportunities as active member of the Lancaster, DeSoto, and Ellis County Area Chambers of Commerce.
