Daily Duties at Fyi Television, Inc.:

Accountable for accurately coding and routing emails containing programming information for ALL U.S. broadcast, cable and satellite stations along with a number of International and foreign language affiliates to the editing department for entry into the data management system. Key objectives included contacting stations to request submittal of programming grids, tracking of station information, database maintenance related to station call signs, format, affiliation and assigned editing team. Performed QC duties related to database integrity by performing daily audits of program titles, descriptions and program ratings for both television and film in accordance with nationally recognized standards. Responsible for timely processing of all client trouble tickets including proposed solutions when applicable. Served as liaison between all departments to ensure database accuracy and integrity of product.
