Daily Duties at Aaa:

Taking inbound calls from customer advocates to assist with computer problems, answering questions about policy and procedures, and also membership inquiries. I keep detailed logs of all calls that I take for training purposes. Taking escalated calls from members, and facilities., and changing data for facilities, and reporting this to their field representatives when needed.
